    No, the script and the db tables are completely unaffected by each others. I even tried changing the entries in the vanilla rome 2 pack. To no avail.

    Just wanted to give some feedback: I'm using this with the Cultural Tension one, as recommended, and the results are quite interesting, even though I'm on the early days of my campaign. Basically, I got Taras quite early as Rome, and just peaced out Epirus. Thing is, they still had a stack and a half alive, and went on (after a few turns) to help Syracuse against Carthage. They spent a long time fighting and trading stacks, til the Greek alliance swarmed Akragas and got it. Epirus chose to release it, and so the second Greek city-state in Sicily was formed.
    They allied Epirus and Syracuse against their common enemy, and another ~10 turns of fighting went by. When they finally got Panormos and kicked the Carthaginians out, a third city-state/colony was born, and Sicily was finally firmly under Greek control, as Carthage's armies were spent, and the one they get via event (I think?) went on to fight their other numerous enemies in Africa.
    So, basically, by trying and failing to counter the Greek alliance of Syracuse and Epirus, Carthage finds itself in a very hard situation, and now instead of Epirus owning a bunch of territories in Sicily, it's expanding through influence and allies, which I find pretty sensible.

    And it's not inherently easier to conquer Sicily now, as the AI can get ~a stack and a half with just one province. They're all allied, so it's definitely gonna be interesting.

    Is this along with Cultural Tensio compatible with the Peace Treaty Script?

    Yes. The Peace Treaty Script is compatible with everything, but not recommended with De IA Arbitriis, because it creates rebels the script doesn't account for. Also it already keeps expansion down, so it is not neccesary. Cultural Tensio should work with the two, but seems to have issues with the new Power and Politics beta.

    if i use the softcore DEI only for the Campaign AI personalities i should choose your sofcore version?

    I had problems with it, and had to disable it. The cultural conversion percentages were in the double digits and my culture percentage flipped fourth and back from zero to high every turn.

    after the full release of the power and politics patch we will look in to the mod and bring an update if necessary

    Not to be impatient as I am alright with waiting for such wonderful work, just curious if this is still the plan, as the power and politics patch has been fully released.

    De AI Arbitriis is compatible with the politics and power patch.

    You're right, it wasn't. I kind of got confused and responded in the wrong thread. Not sure if the mod was incompatible or I had something wrong in my setup. I used a lot of submods at the time. Just try it ans see if your cultural conversion behaves normally. If not, the percentages will flip fourth and back between 0 and full percent every turn.
