Where do I find a certain line of code? (Open for more information)

Hello,

I recently decided I would like to be able to build monuments in the capitols of conquered major nations, and since I am stupid have searched in vain for where in the NTW files it dictates this. (For example, as Britain you can build Nelson's Column, but if Russia arrives in Britain they no longer have the ability to do so.)

I know that usually a nation does not build monuments to a fallen nation's hero in their enemy's capitol, but I want to. Any help doing so would be highly appreciated.

You need to edit own of the pach file (probably patch4.pack) with PFM.
It's in the building_to_faction table (not sure of the exact name)

But I think you won't be a able to do it as you want, since the game is set up to define what prestige building can be built by the main faction.
You can change it so that every faction build the Arc de Triomphe for example, but I'm sure if you can have multiple choices.
