Army and city banners, city information bar

I know that the FAQ is written that there are no banners for the armies and the cities in this mod.

For my fun I would like to have the banners and the city information bar on the Campaign map back.
I would be glad if someone can tell me exactly how I can bring these things back into the game for my own.
Do I simply vanilla files copy to rtr? Which files? Can i use RTR 7 files from older versions? Or must i edit some textfiles?

I´m sorry, i have not found a solution yet.

just look up in bi/data/descr_standards whats different and copy the numbers in RTR descr_standards
