Theodoric would have an established kingdom. He invades Italy with the invitation and blessing from the Eastern Roman Empire. Odoacer gets bottled up and besieged in Ravenna for I believe several years before a truce was made. Odoacer was killed at a dinner ceremony celebrating the truce in Ravenna by Theodoric. The Ostrogoths expanded their existing empire to include all of Italy.

-The Gepids probably should be included as a faction at this time.

DoS is gone by this time but can we include either a Romano British or Roman Britain faction? The Franks were powerful and interested in invading Italy also I believe.
