Thread: Grooming for influence

    Default Grooming for influence

    Hey guys,

I'm playing a campaign as the Boii, just started pushing into Greece where settlements have almost no Western Tribal States culture. I want to start building Migrations, but I need at least 25% western tribal states.

I have more than half a dozen young family members sitting in a settlement with a high level school, governors temple. While some pick up governance traits and ancillaries that grant admin benefits, few are picking up influence boosts.

Any tips? What buildings tend to grant influences benefits? What stats make FMs more likely to be influential? How do I groom an FM to convert foreign cities?

I think Influence is gained fastest through actual governance, rather than schooling.

    Thanks!

It's like they say, if you want a 17 year old boy to learn how to run a newly conquered city full of angry Greeks, experience is the best teacher.
