Voted! Even though I'm a little bit confused, since from the Vote thread A Dutch Resurgence seems to have emerged victorious... I thought this would be the third place tiebreaker

Voted; a difficult choice, I could happily have voted for either entry.

Roman Heritage, if you look again at the voting thread, Caillagh edited it to explain this. The issue is that some people only used one vote in the poll (when they had two votes). When that happens, someone who used one vote can cast their second vote by sending a private message (with their second vote) to the person who posted the poll, before the poll closes. (Writers' Study staff cannot edit the number of votes in a poll, so we cannot add those second votes to the poll itself.)
