Roman Civil War Post Empire?
Simple question since I have not played since the introduction of the Hannibal DLC. It used to be that there was only one Civil War per game, having just fought a very long protracted conflict with a number of my best legions and generals defecting. Is the occurrence of Civil War an ever present possibility throughout the game, even post Republic?
Second question: It seems that the old third party Mod Manager no longer functions, Steam's version does not allow for a load order which I find to be ridiculous. I have tried the version 1.4 and 2.0, is there a work around ?

No idea on the second, sorry.
As for the first, yes you can have multiple Civil Wars in a Grand or Imperator Augustus Campaign. Not sure whether you choose to go Republic effects that.
I have the opposite problem, I never seem to have them trigger.
All the Best,

For the first quesiton, what Welsh Dragon said.
For the second question, you can create a load order by changing the name of the mod, its loaded based on alphabetical order.
