Is This Mod an "Alexander" Expanded and Enhanced Type Thing?

I find the Alexander period fascinating (and the immediate preceding period too, though the stuff after his death seems just more 'tedious.')

But the vanilla Alexander campaign seems somewhat lacking to me: too rushed, too barebones, can't play indefinitely, no opportunity to play the pre-Alexander period with Philip as King, east of Greece "doesn't exist."

Does this mod scratch that itch, or am I looking for a different mod?

But overhauled in a more mythical way, and with a much more personal experience (heroes management, music, atmosphere...). A must try !

Ah sweet; sounds like a good one.

Still, sad to realize there is nothing like a "Alex Expanded" type mod. I did find one called "Uber Alex3" but it doesn't seem to have any presence here, and all activity related to it seems to have abated many years ago . . . which makes me reluctant to try it.
