Also, as you know I am a NB at Third Age HS, and so I have a question that I'd assume that it is something someone experienced would know:

How can I presume my opponents MP's if they have already moved? Last time Rohan barely got to me because I went with the idea that "if I cant catch him, he cant catch me", but I guess I was wrong lol. This time I tested it on single player..is that more certain? Is there anything else I could do?

Well first you would need to know if your opponent has any MP modifying traits or ancillaries. Without this knowledge you would never be able to accurately predict the movement range of enemy armies. If you know this info then you need to launch a test hotseat campaign to test how far your opponents armies can reach by replecating their postion and bonuses.

Harad is kicked for continued lateness and repeatedly failing to follow through on promises to play his turns. It just did not seem that the player was very interested.
