About translation.
My version still in the making, but progress is steady.

I just tried to polish some unit descriptions. In case you wondered why as Polish-Lithuanian you can recruit Registered Cossacks (no Catholics religion requirement) and not Armored Cossacks (50% Catholicism required) in eastern part of country, it is a reason. In my descriptions it is written:

"Armored cavalry (mailed companions) has evolved from so-called "Cossack" cavalry (which, however, have nothing to do with the Zaporozhian Cossacks), with heavier armaments added. In the Crown, this formation was colloquially known as "czeremisi". In Lithuania, there was a local version of the Cossack cavalry - Petyhorcy. Armored were a medium-cavalryman in 16th to 18th, named for his chainmail armor ("pancerz"). These units were the second-most-important cavalry arm in the Polish army, after the hussars. The Armored were used in battles to support the hussars' strikes, flanking, smashing or ultimately destroying the enemy's front that was broken by the hussar. They were used mainly in the borderlands, in the fight against Tatars and Cossacks, and during the Deluge also against regular Swedish troops. Officially, Armored were renamed "Pancerni" in 1676, to distinguish them from the Cossacks from Zaporozhie. Recruitment proceeded in the same way as in the case of hussars. The Captain (rotmistrz) received from the king or hetman a letter of assignment to a certain amount of troops, with appropriate equipment. The regulations of 1527 required nobility only from captains. The ordinary cavalryman did not have to be a nobleman but came mainly from the middle-class nobility of Ruthenia Rubra, Mazovia and Podlasie. The cost of maintaining and equipping the Armored was lower than the heavier Hussars, which resulted in a constant tendency to increase the number of units of this formation to the detriment of Hussars. From the second half of the 17th century, Armored were the majority of Polish cavalry (60-70%). They used chainmail or bechter armour to protect the upper body, forearm guards sometimes with gauntlets, helmet, buckler shields, polish szabla, reflex bow, gunpowder weapons such as: flintlock pistols, arquebus or muskets and early carabine. Somethimes optionally they used war hammers, spears or lances. During rule of King Jan III Sobieski polearms became necessety."

So this unit was Polish-Lithuanian ethnically (Catholics) in opposite to Registered (Orthodox mostly) Cossacks. Mazovia is around Warszawa (capital of Poland), so no real Cossacks around

Most of countries descriptions were verified. So no more Moors (Morocco). Now there is proper Netherlands description. As I looked at it was omission even in Ukrainian version.

In 1568 the Netherlands, led by William I of Orange, revolted against Philip II of Spain. In the Union of Utrecht of 1579, Holland and Zeeland were granted the right to accept only one religion (in practice, Calvinism). Catholic services in all provinces were quickly forbidden, and the Reformed Church became the "public" or "privileged" church in the Republic. During the Republic, any person who wished to hold public office had to conform to the Reformed Church and take an oath to this effect. Other religions, especially Catholics were persecuted (to the death). In 1598, King Philip II died. Thus, the southern provinces of the Netherlands came into the hands of his daughter Izabela and her wife, Archduke Albrecht Austrian. In 1601, the Spaniards began the massive siege of Ostend, which was finally ended by Ambrioso Spinola in 1604. The insurgents thus lost their last resistance in Flanders. In 1609, two years after the naval battle at Gibraltar, both sides finally decided to conclude a 12-year truce.

The Musketeers of the Guard or King's Musketeers were a fighting company of the military branch of the Maison du Roi, the Royal Household of the French monarchy. They were founded in 1622 when Louis XIII reformed a company of his light cavalry guard with muskets (Chevau-légers de la Garde were created by Louis' father Henry IV). The Musketeers fought in battle both on foot (infantry) and on horseback (cavalry). The Musketeers of the Guard wore an early type of military uniform with a tabard (known as soubreveste), indicating that they "belonged" to the King, and an embroidered white cross denoting the fact that they were formed during the Huguenot rebellions in support of the Catholic cause. The Musketeers were among the most prestigious of the military companies of the Ancien Régime, and in principle membership in the companies was reserved for nobles.

Roughly 50% of personal names are translated. But as I am not good in Persian, Turkish or other "strange" languages I can't verify correctness of the sound of surnames or names. I mostly can do it for English, German, French, Polish, Russian or other European languages. So you will have to live with Ukrainian transcription .. or you can engage yourselves and try it:

I've distracted myself by translating Chinese mod (The Sigh of Empire 1.8 about the last decades of the Chinese Empire of the Qing Dynasty, during the second part of the XIXth century).
But I plan to actually get back to work with OiM.
That translation was uploaded on 5th of January, so nothing can stop me now from doing OiM
