Disabling recruitment / replenishment by Lua scripting

I'm working on new version of the mod, and I believe Rome 2 Army system is kinda dull.
I don't want army to recruit new units or replenish in some mountains far from the city just because it's in the province.
I want to remove replenishment / recruitment slots from certain stances of forces,
and make sure they only recruit and replenish in certain situations.
Army
No replenishment for : Default, Raid, Ambush
No recruitment for : Default, Raid, Ambush, Fortification
Can replenish and recruit : Garrison
Can only replenish : Fortification
Navy
No recruitment / replenishment for : Default, Raid, Patrol
Can replenish and recruit : Docked
Situational stances (Besieging/Besieged, Blockade/Blockaded) remain vanilla.
I want to apply all those replenishment rate bonuses normally, but to only 'Garrisioned, Fortification(Army) Docked(Navy)' Stances.
Also, units to be recruited only in settlements. (Garrisoned / Docked stances only)
Forced March / Double time must be removed, for AI is not using it right.
The job I want to do is :
Removing recruitment capability from : Default, Raid, Ambush, Fortification(Army) Default, Raid, Patrol(Navy)
Removing replenishment capability from : Default, Raid, Ambush(Army) Default, Raid, Patrol(Navy)
Removing stances : Forced March / Double time
All replenishment rate bonus remains as vanilla, but applies only to Garrisoned, Fortification(Army) / Docked(Navy)
All by Lua scripting.
So far, I failed to do this by Pack File Manager. I think I need Lua scripting for this.
Anyone with Lua capability, please help me doing this!!!!
