how to add a starting general in the grand campaing? I want to start a campaign and play with jean lannes! and i can't use it at the start.

i konw how to mod the starpos but always get a bug

The easiest would be to replace an existing general.
Or replace a unit and turns in into a general.
Adding a new unit is more complex.
Another solution: replace the first general in the pool by Lannes, so you can recruit him quickly.

But whatever the solution, you have a lot of manual works, to edit the names/portraits, but also the stats and traits.

hey, i'm looking about add a new general with a hybrid starpos but nothing...

is there any thread saying anithing about replace general or turn unit into a general?
