Need help adding image file to mod.

I just watched the Magnar's vídeo about creating an Attila's Mod and i decided to create my thirst one. And, for my own suprise, it worked fine and i am already playing with it.
The problem is that i can not upload the mod to steam workshop because the file has no image. Magnar showed in his video how to do it, but i couldnt undestand. Can anyone help me?

Simple. Just do like Magnar did:

1. Prepare a png. image. Just get any png. really, you can scratch one on Paint or just search for one, anything works.
2. Rename that png. to EXACTLY same name as your mod
3. Put that image into the data folder alongside your mod
4. Launch the modmanager, upload the mod.
