Icon5 What symbol would you put beneath a table?

Only table in room, so one symbol only, beneath glass. And simple enough for carpenter to make!

I did Vitruvian Man but it looks funny (would be worse if I add hair and beard)

Any ideas? Chi Rho? Allah? Roman eagle would be too complicated, as you can see the shape needs to have holes for light to go through, any other carvings wouldn't be sharp enough behind glass.

PS: the base is all wood work, and not painted just original wood.

Why not a maeander or other geometrical pattern?

    Maeander:

It is essentially a spiral formed out of right lines instead of curves.

Its basically a Photoshoped pic. This is the original, and this is the Photoshopped version (neither made by me).

Since I'm German, I can't give you my opinion without getting in trouble, but you can figure what I would suggest.

    Surely you don't mean this?
    Slightly potentially offensive
