    Default Deleting folders Windows 10

    Hey guys

I know this is probably very basic but I can't seem to delete folders in my steamapps/common directory. It will always say that it requires permission from my own user account and I've tried changing the security but I'm honestly not sure what I'm doing. Anyone know what to do?

    Try this

If it's not permission related check to see if a process isn't using the folder, either steam or punkbuster or something else. If it is there's your solution, close the process and delete (though you probably should not delete the folder if its being used).

If that does not work there are several programs out there that help you force delete a folder. Here are three free ones https://www.geckoandfly.com/5864/for...-in-windows-7/
I haven't used any of them personally but I have successfully deleted blocked folders using this method in the past. Use at your own risk
