A kind admin told me this is customary, therefore I'm introducing this thread for anybody willing to comment on what I have to say, should you wish. After all, I plan to stay quite a while longer, so this may as well be done properly.

Hi, Sirlion!
That's an interesting start to a blog... and an interesting name for one. May I ask why you named it the way you did?
You've admitted not knowing how to write a blog properly, so it's only fair that I should admit I never have the first clue what I'm supposed to say in commenting on one! Anyway, your first entry was very interesting. I'll look forward to any future instalments.
Welcome! Stay, drink and make merry. Like the blog, like the name, and hope you'll stick around.
I'm sorry for not replying, I didnt check back this thread in a while.
Thank you. Well I gave it the name it has for a couple reasons. First, the "salty tea" part refers to a phrase one of my detractors said when I gave a show he liked a score of 4.9 out of 10. This person, alongside with many others, had a bit of a grudge against said review and me in particular at some point, while a hot banter ensued, he replied to one of my posts saying that "To be this out of the loop and alien to the real needs and demands of the community", I'd be the "typical pompous, arrogant elitist" and I should "drink up some of that salty tea I was making with all the juicy tears of my detractors". Of course, he said it in a more vulgar manner. From there onwards I've carried this "salty tea" badge with me although I've never really had the chance to use it. Now I do.
The witches' clothes has a more mundane meaning to it, I simply like black, gothic dresses, a couple people not accustomed to my taste told me I look like a witch. Strangely enough, considering I'm male.
I hope this could help someone who's just starting. Yes I'm working on several mods, but Total War mods are simplier than converting a FPS into a survival horror with inventory and bandages that's for sure hahah. At the moment I've my hands full with Victoria Total War and Rise of the Eagles, for ETW and MTW2 respectively.

My turn to apologise for taking ages to get here. Sorry.
That's a great reason for the name of your blog!
And I'm sure your post would be very helpful to someone starting out with modding. In particular, I think the advice not to bite off more than you can chew is very wise. I mean, I have come across people whose first mod was massive, complicated, and took them years - and it's brilliantly done. But I think most people would be discouraged by attempting that sort of thing, and never finish.
