cant start capaign on RS3 it says i have one of 3 errors?

Hi guys I am using 64 bit win7 and i have played this mod in 2013, and i remember i had this bug before, but idk how i fixed it back then.
I installed 2.5 and then RS 3 on rome total war gold game.
I am sure that i did install it correctly.

It could be any one of or all three of these things 1) You have not added the 3.1 submod, you will have a ctd if you don't. 2) open your desktop icon and go to properties, if it say's "WONDERS" in the target line, come out then delete the icon and go to your directory/launcher/RS II and send a shortcut to desktop and you are good to go 3) In the bottom left of the launcher interface is a tab which say's "click to change the vegetation quality" do NOT touch this, leave it as it is otherwise you will have a ctd.

I did everything you told me, but i get same thing... :/
