    Default Custom Generals Turn White

    I swear ive seen a post before about this but cant find it,
    After WAY too much work i finally managed to bribe Zhao Yun to my force... to much disappointment his character model turns an odd white on the battlefield, and on the campaign map he looks like a default solider now?

    I'm decent with modding so if i need to dive into the files somewhere let me know, only thing i cant figure out is how to edit the .sav files for med II, cuz ESF and the other editors dont seem to work?

    EDIT: after thinking about this, I figure that the character model is missing the texture files assigned to it, meaning that maybe each faction has a custom general assigned to it and the model/texture files are linked to starting faction only? going to look into this

    Going to figure out what sanguo, france, moors all mean in correlation to this mod, maybe france is Shu, Gonguzan or whatever force he starts in is Moors? then maybe i just need to add a reference for lu bu in there after i figure out what YangZhou Is

    Game launches but save game wont load, i can start a new campaign, assuming this would fix the issue in the future.... not sure if i want to go to extreme lengths to test this one though...

    Thanks for your help on any solution. Really bugging me.
    Think I could get my old save game to work somehow w this fix???

    Ugh... so after doing all this for my favorite generals that i would want to recruit to other factions on later play throughs... i start my lu bu campaign over, and i manage to bribe XuHaung, he joins me, and his battle model is no longer white, but his campaign model changes to a generic general.. ugh what a bummer! looks like i missed something for the campaign map... I think ill just play through this one though.. instead of fixing it and having to start over.. then ill look into the campaign models data if there are such files for med2

    Update:
    So looking into descr_model_stat

    I thought finding the line for XuHaung and adding in a line for LuBus force venice, would fix it and probably not let me load my save like the other changes, instead the opposite happened, the campaign texture is still wrong, and it did let me load. save... hmmmm

    Upon further research, it appears that descr_character file might have something to do with it
