The Secret World

I recently had to change ISPs following a house move and it changed from Virgin to SKy my telephone and internet work ok and the other online game i play Lord of the rings online works ok too. My problem is that another online game i play The Secret world will no longer play. If i try and launch it the game hangs for a few seconds before i get a not responding message, The Secret world worked ok when i was with Virgin.

I have tried reinstalling TSW but it makes not differance. Somthing has changed when i moved to Sky Broadband. So anybody had a simlar problem or any idea what is causing the problem
