Are you not entertained?
Random question: Has anyone here tried the only-eat-beef diet? I'm about to embark on a beef-only journey...
Well, pork isn't really that great a meat. I can only really eat pork raw or grilled. Boiled pork is disgusting to me.
Only meat? I love bacon, but that would seriously not be good, you need the greens for your digestion

Only beef. I know that's the conventional wisdom, but there are people out there who claim this diet has changed their lives. I'm not fat. I'm skinny. But I'm curious if this diet can give me more energy. I mean, if you think about it, it doesn't seem too crazy a thought. We are all genetically different. So why would a certain diet apply to all of us equally? I'm sure to many people an all-beef diet will be harmful. But is it too farfetched to think that some people would fare better under a beef-diet?
Whatever you'll decide, I suggest you to talk with a professional nutritionist in any case; "being on diet", no matter the kind, is something people tends to underestimate and that can be very harmful. A varied diet is always good, a restricted one is always risky, if you do not plan it carefully and do not tailor it according to your own specific needs.
