Assigment of portraits divided via religion

I have divided portraits within cultures via religion. However, it seems its not efficient much, as about 30% of generals gets randomly vanilla portraits, what looks pretty badly in a fantasy mod (TES). Is it possible I have done some mistake, or it cant be fixed anyhow?

The priority look up should be the religion based portraits. That said it might be that your number of religion based portraits is simply too low (lower then default vanilla) which might then revert the game to the vanilla numbers.

Hi! I have a question

I tried to use this system to have unique combinations of general's portraits. But I have a problem with the "Dead" folder
While in young and old for example I can use "islam_general", and it work perfectly, I can't use this system to have more dead general folder, because the game don't recognize any folder inside the dead folder.

Is there a solution to this problem?

You will have to use a generic picture like a gravestone to function as 'dead' picture for the various religions.
