Since you asked so nicely. Below is the Crownlands at present, missing the odd hilly region to add character. You can see the Narrow Sea too.
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:

In other news I'm finally getting around to sorting out the water surface since all 195 regions are added. I've a spare 4 regions if anyone wants to make suggestions for obscure places you think I might have missed.

Hey soul, the map looks amazing...have you considered adding Harlaw Hall to the iron islands?

Essentially done with the free cities already. All 3-4 versions of mods for the map plan on using the Golden Company / similar mercs based in Essos.

I've added Wreckstone (to the Stepstones) and Andalos. Last two will be the Frostfangs and Fist of the First Men just to add some extra beef to the Wildlings.

The Lands of Always Winter is a region, and the North Grove too deep in the Haunted Forrest. I'll do some picture previews soon-ish.

Maybe, if there is room left, there could be two or three more regions for the Reach. I just feel that with the North having the most regions that the Reach could at least have just as many since the population is the biggest there. Otherwise I am blown away at the amount of detail you've included here and can't wait to play it!

Possible to see what the Reach looks like?

Noticed in the first pic for the Crownlands that there is a small corner of another factions region in the Hayford region.

Probably done intentionally to force AI to wanting to attack the Crownlands.

Isn't in this case but that is a handy tool in some cases. Tricks the AI into thinking they share borders with X faction. I'll do some previews tomorrow, but I'm off to sleep now...

As far east as the map goes starting in the hidden city of Braavos where sellswords will be plentiful all the way south to Lys where they sell something else entirely. Braavos, Andalos, Ghoyan Drohe, Pentos, Myr, Tyrosh, Lys, Step Stones and the Disputed Lands all feature on Essos. The idea is to have these act in a variety of ways from hiring sellswords to hiring whores. It also allows a staging ground for settings like the Blackfyre Rebellions, that I believe Luume is working on, to the Ninepenny Kings and multiple other eras. A personal favorite is a Andal Invasion setting where the player starts in Andalos and invades Westeros.
    Essos and the Free Cities

I'll show off more as time goes, although these are 90% finished, some polishing here and there is required. And the hole coast needs smoothing out too.

Dorne is the large peninsula which makes up the southernmost part of Westeros, home to the dornish and House Nymeros Martell, from the seat of Starfall on an island at the mouth of the Torrentine to the capital of Sunspear on the Broken Arm surrounded by sea, the southernmost land of Westeros is as beautiful as it is deadly. Assuming you make it past either of the treacherous passes, you'll liable to end up dead or worse...
    Dorne Preview

Naturally, needs polish, and custom textures are something I/We are working on but ultimately Dorne is a favorite of mine. I intend to redo the mountains to the furthest west that stretch into the Reach and the Princess Pass needs to be narrow closer to Kingsgrave in order to make invading through there a living nightmare for any invader. By sea is really dornes only vulnerable side.

Oh and you cant see right now because it's not in, but I've screwed around with farmland textures too so that looks nicer than usual.

Edit: The goal right now is to get the map 'playable' and patch in improvements later, rather than waiting to get it 100% perfect on 1st release.

No High Hermitage for Dorne? Also shouldn't Yronwood be a little norther? and by that i mean south of the causeway that connects it with Wyl thus creating a chockepoint...
