    Default Advanced economic buildings and soldiers

    I have noticed some of the advanced buildings in the economic tree (such as the goldsmith and Curia) actually decrease the morale and experience of soldiers recruited in those cities.

    Is this a bug, or something thats workking as desired?

    How would I go about changing this? The file that details the attributes of buildings has a note at the top saying the file is generated from a spreadsheet and should not be changes manually/by hand.

    We wanted simulate that in more advanced and richer cities, citizens don't want enlist in an army, as happened in roman army since the I-II sec.
    By the way, you can manually edit edb, our version is not generated from spreadsheet
