Unbeliavable. John lives, but both William and Eleanor die (they rolled critically, serpent eyes). A sudden bout of plague must have killed them both, and God decided to spare John, who once again is left alone in this valley of tears.

He passes with flying colours. Rolled a natural 20, so it is clear that Richard is in fine health at this point.
