I've make alternative flags for Venice, mainly for personal use, 'cos I usually play that faction. Main flags are based on historical images of various lions of St. Mark, experience banners have CoA of venetian provinces. Have Fun!

FINAL VERSION! Fixed one reverted quote (it's real pain to figure out which orientation of specific texture area is correct). Also reworked brightness (was little too dark) - now should match the scale for other factions - but let me know if you want any correction

Another question: Can you tell me what settings should be correct for _trans? I'm using Photoshop CS, so I'm using "desaturate" option, then saving. I don't know nothing about correct brightness/contrast levels for _trans, so I appreciate any help in that matter.

Well, I recommend to cut out all the main flags and leave only the small ones.
Then I scale the contrast to minimum.
