I sent a cleared save for France to SirCumfrance. I'll give him a couple days to play both turns, but if he doesn't then I will do them myself.

Have any of you guys experienced this problem? When I try to play Medieval 2, or the kingdoms expansion, it would often freeze at the initial loading screen. The hourglass would stop spinning, or disappear entirely, and the game would just freeze. Other times, I would select 'grand campaign' or 'load campaign' and then the options would just disappear and I would be left with only the background and music playing.
This has happened several times, and on top of this, the few times I could get the game to run, trying to get the Italian Wars to work is impossible. I've tried reinstalling the mod, but to no avail.
I'm have the game on steam, and I'm going to reinstall it, but if the problem persists, are there any solutions?

France and Swabia subbed. Swabia had a couple small battles against HRE.

I'm going to make a general suggestion to everyone: use the forts that are placed on the map for free upkeep (up to 3 units each). You'll be amazed at how much money doing this can save you.

Okay, this hotseat is clearly dying. I have subbed four turns in a row; people are either gone or having computer issues. I'm trying to keep it going, but I need some help from the players. I'm not going to continue subbing constantly like this.

I put Onii-san back in as Venice, since he has returned. That leaves Ottomans and HRE open, and possibly France as well, if Captain Jozef is not able to fix his issues with playing MTW2.

Hey all, I'm still trying to solve my problem. I've been troubleshooting the issue for the past several days, and I think I'm coming close to getting it solved, but it may take time. I'm still very much interested in this hotseat, and I'd like to be able to play. I will get all this straightened out, but if you guys feel like replacing me, I'd understand. Don't want this entire game to be reliant on me.
