In 284 AD will you have the script that switches the Roman Army units from mid- 3rd century legions to Comitatenses\Limitanei type of army?
Which scripts will you have more? Would you give us at least some hints?

There are a number of areas under construction, but here is a rough breakdown.

    Map Construction: 100%
    Importing Map into RO: 100%
    Populating Map: 40%
    Unit Construction: 80%
    Recruitment Construction: 80%
    Ancillaries/Traits: 50%
    2d Art: 50%
    Scripts Construction: 40%

The main areas are the unit and texture file development which is going well, but as is the case we keep refining the quality of the models and textures.
The other areas are not difficult but can be tedious due to the nature of errors causing CTDs so due diligence and care is required. But we are progressing well. At this stage I would be hoping for at least a BETA version by the end of this year.

As for Leon's question, I am currently looking at ways of introducing Diocletian's reforms. I have tried triggering via the marian-reforms process but am having no success so may revert to what the EB mod did and create a scripted approach using a pre and post diocletian reform method. It should be noted that the reforms either way just trigger some additional units with newer equipment and additional military and civil titles. At the stage the breakdown between field armies and border armies was only just beginning to be finalised during Constantine's reign. These changes may be reflected more in the Imperium Constantine mod at a later date.

Do you need any kind of help? After that do you plan to work on any other IB mod? We are working with Sertorio on a IB Justinianic mod. Would you like to participate?

Thanks for the offer but our team consists of myself, joar, Gaiten and Knofoda. After the completion of this mod I want to work on the Imperium Constantine mod and of course SAIV2.0. Perhaps after that I could offer some help with the Justinian mod.

    either me
My name is John, Tribune of Legio Ripenses IX Tertiae Italica and loyal servant to the computer generated Emperor, Julianus Flavius Augustus "The Apostles". And I will have my vengeance again The Quadi tribes, barbarian scums who decimated half of my legio in Mediolanum City Siege almost a year ago and Gratianus Flavius "The Traitor", the former Caesar who convince a half of precious my legio to his petty scheme rebellion just 3 months ago in this save game or the next

"Harbingers of Doom"! Cool! It's perfect for a Space Marine chapter!

In any case, while we're eagerly awaiting, just few words about the Harbingers, a rather mysterious SM Chapter: ..

Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
"Chapter Master: Nimrod Grudge, Homeworld: Birmingham, Specialty: Boarding actions and planetary assaults.
The Harbringers' homeworld is the feral world Birmingham "the Black Planet", and their Chapter Master is Nimrod Grudge. They specialise in boarding actions and planetary drop assaults.
    Notable Campaigns and Engagements:
Due to the 13th Black Crusade, the Harbringers withdrew from their battle with the Orks of the Piscian Belt and contributed eight companies to fight against the forces of Chaos.
In the Gothic sector, the chapter's battle barge, the Unrelenting Fury, intercepted the Ork-controlled space hulk Scylla and delivered a series of punishing salvos against it.
The Unrelenting Fury suffered severe engine damage from repeated attack-craft attacks but was otherwise unharmed.
The Harbingers fought alongside the Dark Angels against the combined forces of Ork warlords Ghazghkull and Nazdreg. The fiercest fighting was at the Dark Angels' basilica.
997.M41 - Uncoinfirmed reports stated that Harbingers fought along the Dark Angels during the Battle of Piscina IV."

If you want I could join the team I'm currently working on a lightweight (optimized, not low quality) overhaul of RTW's environments. I will implement it into several mods including RTRVII, RTR8, RSIII, XC5, vanilla rtw, bi, alexander and many more. If you want I can implement them in IB too. Putting my environments into more mods is not a big effort since in the worst case I just have to swap 1 or 2 climates to fit the map area of the mod (to swap the sub arctic climate by a tropical jungle climate for rtw alexander for example). Just copy paste work

Regarding performance, I'll try to make my environments as lightweight as FATW environments, which are only slightly heavier than vanilla.

Here are several screens of my environments:
