[Resolved] Thracian Settlers
Earthquakes, barbarians, evil omens. Enough is enough, the greeks want to go home.
Some notes:
- If forced to fight they are prepared.
Half are former mercenaries, the rest are youths who fight with makeshift arms as peltasts or those of their family as militia hoplites
20 x Syntagma of Hoplites (5000)
16 x Syntagma of Levy Hoplites (4000)
4 x Syntagma of Psiloi (1000)
- Although unhappy, the settlers can essentially be bribed to stay, Lysimachus can offer them things and stack them up for percent chance, you only get one proposal roll
Prices of Stuff
1 Plethron of land (max of 40 plethrone, 4 plethron roughly equals an acre or football field) for each of the 5000 settlers costs 5 talents, 3% per plethron

Re: [Migration] Thracian Settlers
Achillios, the rough and older cousin of Lysimachus, rides out to meet the Greeks. At his back a small force of well under three thousand Thracians. Funny. He thought, that these barbarians were far more loyal than these fellow Macedonians. His armor was charred and scratched, and a large scar ran vertically through his right eye. Hail! He called to the Greeks assembled there, a ragged horde of thousands. The Thracian hordes are upon us, and in the face of it good Greeks flee? His teeth were stained yellow, his skin wrinkled and worn with age. He was still fit, of course, but not the same man who'd rode east with Alexander.

Re: [Migration] Thracian Settlers
A few of the colonist representatives turn and consider Achillos' words:
"We ain't running, we just don't see why its our job to defend your land"
(roll failed to shame the greeks)

Re: [Migration] Thracian Settlers
Then let us make this land yours. Achillios replied, licking his teeth gently. These men had no honor, no point playing to it. A horse for each man here. To show the good will of your lord, my cousin, Lysimachus. And know that more riches will come by trade and exchange, once this land is whole again.
