    Default Unit Bonus Hard Caps

    Hi all,

    I know in one of the patch notes it went into this.

    Is there anywhere hard and fast I can see what percentage or fixed caps exist for units in game? I believe this was added some time to prevent OP doomstacks from the player.

    Every part of me keeps going for doomstack traits I'm thinking there's a certain point (and quite early I think) where they stop applying, I may as well pick soft traits that target abilities or campaign.

    There are no hard caps, what you probably saw was that we lowered how many % bonuses there are and lowered some. In theory melee attack might have a hard cap (since you cant hit for more than 100%) but you wont reach that high since your units would need melee attack in range of 70-80, depending on a target.

    Thanks KAM - sorry I must be misremembering, was the cap based around armour that I'm thinking then maybe? I know a cap was discussed as to be fair - I'd hard snipe armour bonuses early in my campaigns when you got significant-ish bumps.

    The % bonuses still apply how they are listed correct? They correspond with the tooltip?

    Overall there is no limit to any value, we just lowered amount of buff sources and value of some buffs so that you can't stack values as much as before. In other words, you dont have to worry about hitting any caps (since they are none or in case of melee attack, just not possible to reach).
