why i can't see the number of the people?
I only see 0-5 numers that is needed to upgrade the cities. I saw that with this mod you should see for example 50.000 and the effects of migrition

Sounds like you've got a mod conflict or you're using version 1.1. Make sure you're using the two 1.2 packs you can download from this site.

umm i downloaded alle the 6 parts directly from steam workshop. is this version out of date?

The Steam Workshop version is still 1.1. If you want to try the population system, you'll need the 1.2 beta, available to download from the download thread here. It's not on Steam yet, but it will be when it leaves beta.

You'll want to disable the 6-part Steam version you have now and use only the 2-part version from here.
