Aside from that, could all factions start with equal income? Or at least a boost to some of the lesser powerfull factions because Lanny/Tommen/Tyrell are already strong enough...

I agree with these, but i would also request another rule.

when you are done with your turn you should give a quick summary of the castles besieged, in case you have done something illegal without knowing it.
So we don't have to replay countless turns and then finding out

He doesn't say you can't bribe forts and units, just that you'll wait a turn before moving them, correct me if i am wrong.

Aye, you just cant move em. Because someone who is earlier in turn order can just use up all of their movement points so when someone bribes his units they cant move while someone later in turn order cant use up the movement points.

The bribing change makes a lot of sense and I am supporting it.

I also don't mind if all the factions are assigned equal starting money, but again, it's the admin's call so yeah.

Lanny starting with 8k 8.5k income while im starting with 6k and a -900 income. Ill play with anything but a few tweaks in at least economical balance would be appreciated.

Lannister is fine they have no good generals as well there best is 4 stars that being there faction leader. All faction in this start weak and i believe starting gold is fine accept for stannis and tommen however i am wiling to hear players out. If any of you want changes like moving units to your own borders and the like i will wait until tomorrow. After hard luck. Anyway you all best start making alliances and the like the houses have been picked and to the newer players don't let para scare you i betrayed him once and now he hates me for ever .
