With the defeat of the Lannister naval forces off the coast of Pyke; I have regained the initiative. The waters surrounding Westeros are mine. All would do good to remember that.(I spoke to Bolton about the heroic victory and he has allowed it with the 1:1 odds and that was the only outcome I could get)

"If you get a heroic victory repeatedly, contact an Admin and we may allow it." I have allowed the battle because the odds are even. The chief concern with this rule is Greyjoy being able to win battles against ships with much lower odds which is not the situation here.
