    Default Can't subjugate as Rome

    When I take the settlement, I don't have option to subjugate faction, I get 4 options: Raze, Occupy, Loot and Occupy, and Sack.
    I would appreciate the help a lot.

    FotE doesn't modify conquered settlement options to my knowledge. Have you tried conquering other last settlements just to be sure? Hit the diplomacy button to try and locate the factions Hq. If it's located in uncontrolled territory you might have a bug on your hands. If not, you haven't conquered your enemy completely.
