As much as I loved the first Plasmatics album , everything afterwards went from bad to worse : Wendy O Williams hard at work wrecking her career. In the end, she really went out with a bang, blazing a trail for later grunge artists .

Firstly, just want to agree 100% with what's been said about GWAR.
Secondly, you're really not going to find a bigger group of brutal, sadistic sociopaths than Bad Luck 13 Riot Extravaganza, who usually douse their fans in ketchup and sometimes even lighter fluid before lighting off fireworks. People don't just mosh at their shows. They usually vandalize the hell out of wherever they play, throwing stuff at the audience, forcing people into the mosh pits, getting into drunken brawls, and sometimes ripping the entire stage into pieces.
WARNING: I think there's some foul language in there somewhere, but I didn't watch the whole thing.

I never understood Metal, or any hard rock for that matter. I've been a long-time fan of alternative rock, but that's about as far as I can venture.
