How to start custom battle? Start button not found

Hi guys, I know it is really a stupid question to ask but how do i start a custom battle? I cannot find the start button next to the "save custom army setup" like vanilla

You could be playing with a resolution lower than 1600 x 900 pixels. To fix this go to the mod's website: http://iutlandmods.com/index.php/files-docs and download the "Vanilla Battle UI for LME" for lme. After the download is finished, simply drag and drop the .pack folder into the data folder of Napoleon Total War and the start button for custom battles should show up again.
