Sorry guys. I haven't had time to do the save will do it when i get off work later today. Just to bring this up because i feel it is the wrong decision..Parafix should be punished because all three forts are placed in a strategic choke point which single handily blocked my attack. If they were minor placements it wouldn't be a big deal, i was going to put a fort where his nothern fort is.

I expect Para will abandon one of those forts on his turn. The forts depicted in no way inhibit your turn. He could've just as easily stayed in the abandoned fort south of the one in the eastern pass and prevented your movement without breaking any rules.
