Confident: This character is very self-assured, brimming with confidence and difficult to shake even under pressure. However, taken to an extreme, they can show a suicidal disregard for their life and the lives of others, and fail to take...well, failure into account when planning. +1 battle rolls, +1 to rout rolls.
    - Amiable: This character is a pleasant person who tries very hard to get along with everyone s/he meets. Indeed, perhaps too hard, at that...they also tend to excessively seek validation from others, and at worst can be described as clingy ticks. +1 to AI reaction rolls, -1 to duel rolls.
    - Bloodthirsty: This character is hotheaded and loves to jump into fights, lethal or otherwise. This is not something others find endearing off the battlefield, though. +1 Battles, -1 to NPC reaction rolls.

Same for Montagu (gathered at Salisbury)

Sociable: This character is an extroverted social butterfly, capable of making friends left and right. However, they have little time for 'boring' matters like finances, and are more interested in buying flashy things to show off to their friends than managing their wealth. +1 to NPC reaction rolls, -2% income.
    - Empathic: This character is strongly attuned to the emotions of others and cares for them, making them great friends or kinsmen to have - but poor warriors and generals. +2 to AI reaction rolls, -1 to battle/joust/duel rolls.
    - Impulsive: This character acts before (sometimes, without) thinking. They might move and decide more quickly than others, but their recklessness can lead them to disaster as well. +5% movement speed, -1 to detection rolls.
    Neville - 14 provinces
    5, 4, 10, 9, 4, 5, 10, 1, 10, 9, 10, 8, 3, 1

Neville gains 890 men (668 Levy Archers, 222 Levy Footmen)

    Montagu - 19 provinces
    7, 8, 8, 5, 9, 8, 3, 4, 3, 4, 8, 5, 10, 6, 4, 2, 9, 1, 3

Montagu gains 1,070 men (803 Levy Archers, 267 Levy Footmen)

Remember its £3 per man for levy maintenance costs

Rolled a 2, scouts return with rather confusing and inaccurate sounding information. Arundel is practically blind to the movements of the royal forces.

Rolled a 14, scouts report sightings of a few troops in the area. While unsure about the exact numbers, they are pretty sure that there are not a lot.

The Duke of Ireland calls up his Irish levies, after which he will begin to march on Dublin together with the forces of Ormond, Stanley and Brembre. FitzGerald will also be expected to follow, as discussed in the royalist meeting at Fethard Castle.

    Irish provinces under Ireland's authority:

    Leinster: 9, 10
    Munster: 21, 22, 23, 24

Twelve hours to mobilize, not sure atm how much longer to reach Dublin but we should be able to get this party started tonight.

Xion has authorized me to direct the Butler troops to join mine in a PM:

    IC:

The Fitzgeralds call up the levies from across their lands. The 21 provinces under Gerald are called to arms. Those who answer march to Dublin.

Fitzgerald has 4 Charisma and +2 to NPC Reactions. Don't know if that changes anything.

+5 for being reasonably well-known to be an extension of King Richard II (royal authority)
-5 for this being Ireland outside of the Pale where royal authority may as well not exist (Ireland)
-1 from traits for "ai reaction rolls" etc (checked your sign up)

    Wexford - 4
    Annaghs/Slade - 1
    Dungarvan/Sleady - 5
    Kilmacthomas - 8
    Waterford - 9

Wexford gives 40 men (30 levy archers, 10 levy foot)
Annaghs & Slade give 10 men (7 levy archers, 3 levy foot)
Dungarvan & Sleady give 50 men (38 levy archers, 12 levy foot)
Kilmacthomas gives 80 men (60 levy archers, 20 levy foot)
Waterford gives 90 men (68 levy archers, 22 levy foot)
South Carrick gives 50 men (38 levy archers, 12 levy foot)

(Dude, really? 22 levy rolls for Dublin? Alright, but I won't list which is which)

+4 from traits (we halve the charisma bonus IIRC)

The Lord Lieutenant (or at least, the one holding Dublin) calls for the round up of men able to serve throughout the Pale to muster to defend it and Dublin.

    The Pale (within Meath)
    South Dublin
    North Rathdown
    Celbridge
    Dublin
    Balrothery
    Dardistown/Athcarne
    Droghoda/Barmeath
    Guard/Roodstown
    Ardee/Slane
    Navan/Bective/Liscartan/Monktown
    Dunshaughlin
    Barberstown/Maynooth
    Trim

Additionally he calls upon the city militia of Dublin (I assume it would have one)

12 hours to muster outside Dublin (if any come)

Thomas Mortimer has a -1 to reaction rolls

Suggested modifiers for a d10, based on how I did Oxford's:
    - Somewhere between a -2 and -5 (probably -5) due to being against Robert de Vere (who is known to essentially be an extension of the king) and that Mortimer's faction is losing vastly in England (ie, a lost battle)
    - a -1 from traits for the character

Spoiler for Hereford and allies only
Bolingbroke sends word to his captains; should they hear news of the King's death or of any bloodshed, they should immediately make for London and request entry to the city.

Henry Hotspur, after gaining word from his father of the news in London, gathers the soldiers of his father and sends them south to London.

Remains one province north of London once they arrive (Sutton).

They do not bear the colors of Percy, however, in order to keep themselves relatively unnoticed in terms of their allegiance.
