I would like to use some of the building icons and building descriptions for the Tsardoms mod. Is there anyone here that is still a team member and is able to give permission? Happy to share units and any other material.

I wish you can get any help here . But if you want help in making units from scratch I can get handy
I could be wrong, but I think Tokus*Maximus/repman was behind those elements.
Your best bet now, seeing as they're not active, would probably be Harry as a starting point. ^^

Thorolf was thus armed. Then Thorolf became so furious that he cast his shield on his back, and, grasping his halberd with both hands, bounded forward dealing cut and thrust on either side. Men sprang away from him both ways, but he slew many. Thus he cleared the way forward to earl Hring's standard, and then nothing could stop him. He slew the man who bore the earl's standard, and cut down the standard-pole. After that he lunged with his halberd at the earl's breast, driving it right through mail and body, so that it came out at the shoulders; and he lifted him up on the halberd over his head, and planted the butt-end in the ground. There on the weapon the earl breathed out his life in sight of all, both friends and foes. I had made a sort of house for myself in which my knights and I used to eat, sitting so as to get the light from the door, which, as it happened, faced the Comte d'Eu's quarters. The count, who was a very ingenious fellow, had rigged up a miniature ballistic machine with which he could throw stones into my tent. He would watch us as we were having our meal, adjust his machine to suit the length of our table, and then let fly at us, breaking our pots and glasses.

Thanks a lot for the suggesions I have sent Harry a PM.
Unfortunately it seems that Harry Lime is no longer part of the team and as such is unable to provide permission.
Seems like you're in the sticker then. One last ditch effort would be to contact Gigantus and see if Hex can send an email to Repman/Tokus to get a permission.
If that doesn't work, and only if you've made reasonable effort to contact them, and you can document that to Hex, then there is this way:

It's not perfect, but there are avenues of approach. Good luck.

I do not think it is much of a big deal to use stuff man. This stuff is ancient now.
