I know it's a little too early to ask this, but is there any chance for german translated files.
Because i'm playing in german and so the descriptions won't show. And of course changing the language of the game doesn't help at all.
But no pressure.

Great mod man ! It's about time there was a mod that let one play with new factions unlocked ! Been playing quite a few turns with Hispania Province and all going well no problems yet, and quite playable campaign without being totally bogged down with rebellions, lack of food etc like in other campaigns of vanilla. Only one thing though: I AM UNABLE TO ATTACK FACTIONS LIKE THE VANDALS. The VAndals right now moved and encamped into my territory; I cannot declare war on them nor attack them. Is this intended by the mod or a bug ? It's quite frustrating, I really would like to destroy them completely although they haven't attacked me or anything yet. Think I have this impossibility of attacking/declaring war on other horde factions too, please help !

EDIT:
OK, I figured it out; Hispania is a puppet state of Rome and thus I am unable to declare war on anyone, only Rome can do so for me if they want. Fortunately I broke the alliance with Rome when they declared war on someone and I refused to join ! Rome the all powerful invaded Spain with massive armies and almost destroyed me but thanks to my masterful strategy I was able to resist and finally after a while they decided to offer me peace. Now I'm the one on a conquest rampage, although leaving Rome alone so as to not anger them again just in case.

Tried this out a while ago and liked it but I have two questions. Does almost every province in the western Europe still have a See? if so do they still lock out other religion buildings from being built?

what are campaign changes made? Apart from new factions and rosters of course. I'm looking for something that Stainless steel was to Medieval 2. But Radious or Europa perdita didn't really do it for me.
