Negligent Generals

Hi all,
I wasn't sure wether to post this on this page or on the DaC page..so i'll probably put it on both.
My question is,how do you remove the Negligent trait from generals?
I've tried, 'remove_trait this Negligent' and most interpretations of that but to no avail.
Anybody know? Because it seems to be very easily obtained and is starting to get on my wick.

Excellent mod in spite of this though.

I understand that you want an answer, but it is never a good idea to ask a question at two different places. Answers will appear at both places and people will not (always) know there is another place where the same issue is being discussed. It can also happen that our members are taking the trouble to provide an answer in one thread, while if fact the problem is already solved in the other one.
