How do I recruit hobbits in MOS?

How do I get hobbit units in MOS mod? I can't seem to upgrade shire settlements and build any hobbit units or retrain my starting hobbit archers/infantry or bandobras archers. How do I get these units unlocked please?

This question has already been asked by you in the MOS thread less than a day ago. That is the right place to do so. Posting the same question at two different places however, one of them at the wrong location, is not the way to go. Ngugi has just now answered your question in the MOS thread. People seeing it here, might answer it here also, not knowing that your question has already been answered elsewhere. That is not a respectful way of interacting with your fellow forum members IMO.
