    Just sent the whole WIP to VltimaRatio - everything he sent me implemented not counting the peasants.

    Also, the bowstring animation i still need to implement, and i will send him the pack-files when they are ready.

    I felt i needed to backup everything before attempting anything with animations.

    I still haven't gotten his new work on the Arryns and Ironborn so i'd have to add that later anyway.

    It seems it's working fine, got to adjust some things like missing attachment bits.

    I still need to add different weapon types for Nights Watch and Wildlings and add faction icons/banners for them. Also for the Dothraki, but that model needs work still. Then there's the new basic knight, the last generic unit I haven't updated. And the new basic ironborn need to be implemented too. And there's some missing unit cards and so on. But I don't think much more work is needed really. A bunch of new units need to be added to the campaign obviously. After that it's really just adding the characters in so each faction has some. Or at least the important ones have models. Shouldn't take more than a few weeks at most before a new version but that would be without a new map...

    Very good looking units there for the Arryns!

    Yeah, but i'll try including the map when everything else is done and a backup has been made. Then i'll experiement with getting a new map into the mod.

    Edit:

    And i'll also need to add the new Westerland mercs to every file - as well as balance all the units in the game.

    The basic units are balanced already but not the mid-tiers and elites.

    I've added alot of animations (all the ones inside of The Last Kingdom: Wrath of the Norsemen) which means GoT now has all the animations of TLK and WotN respectively. Please see the pictures i attach to this post for more details.

    The Bolton Longbowmen didn't work when using the animations for neither of the Frank_Archers nor the Erzemon.

    But the animations are included - they just didn't have the animation when firing.

    That's a shame. Could try the ones from Western Units Overhaul, the skeletons I'm using are from that, it might work. It's in the downloads section on here.

    Got the new icons done, at least they'll do for now.

    I will ask for permission to use the Mammoth in BotET for the wildlings. Another alternative is the ASoIaF-mammoths and giants. We'll see about getting such units into the mod because they need some big ones.

    As for the Targaryens i will implement the dragon animations and then look for a suitable dragon to be implemented as Daenarys bodyguard.

    Will you also do the extra units for the Targaryens? Like the merc-unit/Second Sons, Golden Company, more Dothraki variations, Styr and his gang of cannibals and possibly heavy Targaryen Swordsmen with added black/red plate armour? Another possibility would be those Kingsguard in Ned's flashback but as an elite unit or something. Those Targaryen Swordsmen that you made have the right colour especially when upgraded to chain-mail - but would be cool with heavy plate.

    Black would fit better than grey due to them being more "Dragon"-inspired then - also to not look like everyone else.

    Got the Styr guys done, replacing the 2h axemen. The cannibals and thenns are not the same guys in the book IIRC so I'll separate them, have a proper thenn unit with bronze armor and all that stuff.

    Hey there, two questions. Do you intend to make certain factions stronger in certain way, such as range specialisation etc. or you will keep it unit reflection style? Secondly, how is the progress going?

    Man, those guys look awesome! The only thing you could possibly do better is add some scars to their faces - besides that they look just as one would expect.

    Edit: Only Styr himself may have had scars when thinking about it.

    Okay cool - this will be a great update when everything is done.

    The faces aren't really there yet but Theon and Roose's armor is done. Made a good bit of progress on units, the ironborn have their new armor and only the new dornish are left to be implemented really.

    But there's things like unit sprites I'd like to fix before the next release, it would really improve the look of the mod. And the bowstrings still won't animate.

    Not sure what you mean specifically, all units are custom in that they're different from vanilla, if you mean characters I'll try and give at least the faction leader a custom model for each. A lot of the armor is based on main characters' anyway and many charcters wear armor already made so many will be quick to do

    Don't know much about scripting events but the best way IMO would be an event "legitimize Jon?" and then if the heirs are wiped out Jon spawns as faction leader.

    Not sure since when you mean but the Night's Watch and Wildlings + the Dothraki are added even if they have few units and the current map doesn't really give them anything to do. Won't be adding more factions for this version I think, the ones already in still need work.

    Two new units in progress. Started doing the Glover last year but lost the model, felt it should be included anyway. And the Mormont cause I like that shield I guess.

    May not be able to do all the characters I planned, I think I may have overstretched a bit on that point. Will have less time to mod going forward too. Still, the following generals are done or basically done: Robb, Jon (BotB), Rodric Casell, Thron, Roose Bolton, Tywin, Jamie and Tyrion Lannister. I'll try and at least get Stannis done though.

    Fixing bugs and getting the above into the game along with the Lannister units from the trailer is what I'll try and do next. Nygren is putting the units into the campaign files atm. I think the mod should be released around the premiere of season 7 instead of at the end of it personally, I probably won't be able to add stuff from S07 until the holidays anyway. I think it depends on how stable the mod ends up being...
