Great! I had just finished the last one
The campaign is going great so far, obviously. I tried my hand at a Rhovanion campaign the other day and got a little too ambitious too quickly. Dale attacked me in the north, so I went STRAIGHT FOR DALE - and then got sandwiched between the town and a very scary army of Black Spears, etc.
Sometimes that 'leapfrog' strategy does work ... but sometimes it does not.
I do a lot of worrying about security in my campaign. I expect Dale would have attacked me a while back if I did not fortify my border. I am still confused, but grateful, that the Beornings are leaving me alone.
Yes and no. My hope is to perpetually besiege Langwyke in the way I had my neighboring IP settlements. If the Beornings attack Langwyke before I do there will no longer be anything between us, and I am not prepared to face conflict in that theater. I still need to scrounge together enough forces to subjugate North Rhun before they get eliminated by someone else.
