[Request] Old leaders begin with experience

Hi there,

I was not sure about where to put the request so if 'im wrong do not hesitate to move my post !

Well everything is in my title, when I begin a campaign witht he langobeards (for example) my leader is already old but he begin the game at level 1 like a 20 years old leader. I was wonderinf if it was possible to make a mod who change that and that every general who are old in the beginning of the game have already some experience, or at least if it was possible to create a device to force level up on our generals when we desire it for a more realistic beginning.

The same goes with the agents, if our first agents is a 50 years old buddy he should have some skills ^^'
