Less garrison submod (request)

First of all I want to thank all of you guys for your outstanding work. I only have a little request. Is it somehow possible for you to make a submod which lowers the number of garrison units? The number of units in towns can be around 15. I know the whole idea behind that is to make sieges more difficult and epic, but I am afraid it kinda breaks the game for me. While playing as Roman with the FotE mod my settlements almost never get attacked by the AI. I have absolutley no expierence in modding, so it would be amazing if someone could make a submod that halves, or maybe even sets the number of units back to vanilla.
