Great work guys,
Will these farmers be able to kill elephants in a single blow still?

Vespasian's own: Up the Augusta! For Cato!
AE: Battle Balancing and BAI.
Also would love to see what Egyptian settlements look like, with the three wonders as well.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e27MtFbxK - that's RII, want to see what the Attila version looks like in the near future.
Is it possible to import the RII historical battles into the Attila mod, or are there too many complications involved with that?
Thanks

God the settlements look gorgeous
Looking forward for the update mate. Can we get a summary on features in Attila sieges that wont work in ported/redone maps? Im refering to siege scalation, citizen walking around, etc. I guess this things wont be possible in the sieges, but still i much prefer rome 2 cities in campaign. Thanks!
Okay so here we are with battle maps - River maps cant be imported. For whatever reason they are showing a weird texture that deems it unplayable in most peoples opinion. Minor settlements imported from Rome 2 are unplayable as well. in Rome 2 they are 4x4 settlements as far as tile size. In Attila, all cities have to be 8x8. So there is the bad news.
What we are working on now is getting custom minor settlements in. For now I am focused on Roman and Greek. Those two are the most uniquely different as far as archetexture style. Minors do not require walls (at the moment. Walls may be added later). Roman minors are almost finished. Will have 5-6 different styles for now, including 1 river style and 1 port style. Later on either after release, or possibly before if there is time, I would like to add more different styles.
4 romans are finished, and 1 greek minor. Will complete 5-6 for each.
Then on to main settlements. For now, most work with walls imported. We are doing some battle testing now to determine if there will be AI issues. Cross fingers this wont be an issue.
With Majors, we have to fix the rivers for unique settlements. Such as Rome. My idea, and what I have done with some custom maps are to edit the existing map in Attila, and change it around a bit.
Below are some screenshots of the custom minors Roman and Greek completed (most a variation of Attila, with 1 almost exact duplicate of a Rome 2 minor map). Ill provide more updates this coming weekend. Hoping to have roman completed by then.
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
The progress made sounds great! For barbaric factions you will use the current minor settlements present in Attila grand campaign? i mean the ones in germanic regions/factions.
Good luck!
