Hardly, played well the South could still win. First step is mass-recruitment of fresh armies and a larger navy. Lannister cant push you without leaving himself open to Stark and Stannis would be a fool to ignore the Crownlands.

PS: Stannis, please fix the save name for me on your turn. NBVII_Faction_Number etc.
