That is alpaca's program. For Iamnew's program, the correct link to go from dds to texture is this:

I converted & then opened with photoshop & it said it couldn't open the file

You need a plugin for photoshop from nvidia to open them with it. Here is the link:

i have a problem, i put the "convert all" files to convert the texture files into my data folder and when i run them it still doesn't convert any of the texture files. Btw i only have "as_light" "en_peasant_padded" "es_mail" "janissaries" folders in my unit_model folder any thoughts or suggestions?

I would like to create a map for MTW2 but I don't know how to and all the tutorials I look at and all the people i ask for help don't really care. Now i have photoshop so all i need is some help on how to get started, so please could you at least give me a link that will help me; a link that works.
