ROTS: Should I destroy my sister clan?
Hi I'm looking for some tips. I just got ROTS and playing Kamakura Minamoto on very hard with Radious overhaul mod.
Will I be betrayed by my sister clan and vassals/allies when I reach enough fame or is that for vanilla ROTS only?
If they will betray me, is it better to take them out before that happens?
Thanks.

Well I already finished the game now and my sister clan stayed loyal, so that was nice.

Re: ROTS: Should I destroy my sister clan?
I required a province my cadet clan occupied, but I must have waited fifty turns, when I finally got the opportunity to attack. They declared war on three of my vassals, half the country away, so I broke my alliance over their war, bought off their general, and attacked their stronghold with him. It was over in one turn, and I suffered no honor for it. Oh, the general committed sepuku after taking the castle.

I like keeping to allegiances. I won't attack a fellow member unless they trigger me hard. I make vassals and alliances. If nothing else, and I want a territory, I will just give the enemies surrounding that ally some $$$ and get them to kill him. They kill him, I am at war with them, they send badly damaged men into a city, lose it next turn.
I usually win long campaigns with my allegiances and sister intact, but for Domination campaigns
