It's not a challenge. Never was, never will be. It's a target painted on the AI's back.
Want a challenge? Let the AI grow instead of having to grab cities in the beginning to get out of the red. One could do that with a decent starting economy. It doesn't even have to bring income. Let's say 1 conquest fixes the issue of red. I could live with that.
Want more? Ask for more garrison scripts.
Want even more? Ask for Call of Warhammer-like spawn scripts... no, wait, that didn't stop me either
I haven't tried the new AI, I want to see the new units, governments etc before I start a new campaign. I hope it makes battles less one sided.
